This guy is by far one of the best parkour/gymnast I have ever seen. I am always motivated by his videos. This is a new 2009 set of skills. I am waiting to see him in a kung-fu flick or some action flick. Something like transporter or bond would fit him well.
Once of the sickest pushup videos out there. You have no excuses. The going up the stairs is crazy. And to wrap things up, there is the bar work… And the shoulder shrugs are just crazy…
This is a playground workout set that demonstrates the bars. “evolution of exercise vol.1 …for those that dont know, D was nice on the bars for years. Real talk”
This comes from straighttothebar and is pretty disgusting. “Each one, teach one.” From the body weight work out, the bar work being put in, and the core work, not much is missing here. Motivation from the hood kid.
I should just rename the site. These videos are pretty sick. What is crazy is the amount of raw strength it takes to perform these exercises and how easy he makes this look. The bar game is disgusting…
I don’t know what you call half of this stuff, but it is hood workout. The vertical/horizontal pushup thing is sick… It starts around 1:51. Then for the kicker you get the flagpole on a fence and a tree. The whole video illustrates mad upper body strength and core for days.
This is probably the best Hood Workout video I have come across. This the park workout that anyone can do in almost any park. The pushups, dips, and bar work is disgusting.
Definitely motivational and time to step your game up.
Or better yet, just a wide range of pushups, from one handed, finger tips, handstand, etc… This is where I say you have no excuses. You could attempt all of these right now and be good at them all in a month if you keep it up.
I have recently moved and feel that I need to step my gym game up a bit. I have a local playground that is not up to par. No monkey bars, no tricep/dip area, etc… I might do a home gym soon in the garage. If anyone has any ideas or great pics let me know. I want to get it right or atleast close to right the first time…
