What hood workout is all about. Body Weight.
It does not take much variation to get a workout. This is straightforward and something you can knock out almost anywhere in the world.
10 rounds of
10 pull ups,
10 ring dips
10 sit ups
10 squats

Word, little hood workout from across the pond. This is a park workout in London. It has the basics with the minimums, pushups, burpees, pullups, dips, etc… Good intro video on how to get in shape.
Here is a prison video of some power lifting. Again no excuses.
