This stuff not only takes balls, but it also takes strength. This video is very motivational for many reasons. The pure strength is one thing, but the endurance seen going up and down the tower is crazy.

This is the exercise. This is an extreme burpee/pushup/squat/ass kicker/shoulder press/tricep burner/everything. These are Man Makers.
