“Hood Star” Stamina doing the hood workout on the playground making it look too easy for fools. Considering most people can’t do a pullup these muscle ups are mad tight. This video also includes a few pushup variations. My shoulders hurt just watching it.

Ya basic pushups here. You got the one arm pushups, and many other variations of pushups. Also don’t forget as demonstrated in the video, you can do some sprints to get the heartrate up during the break. Gotta love the advanced workouts.
