This is hood. The pullups is sick, but then getting the shoulder workout pushing the guy up is sick. Doing dips on other peoples shoulders is creative. Then you get some full extension pushups. You also get a bit of the bench. To end you get the reverse crunches. Great video.

This is an exercise performed on the dip bar in the playground. Basically you do a dip, then bring the legs back for a pushup… The video does a great job demonstrating the workout. A few sets of these would definitely get you burning.
The basics on the bars and the concrete. This is your basic pullup, running style. You also get some concrete busting with the dual pushups and the dips on the bars as well. Just a heads up, you have to have abs to do these routines…
