Little playground workout motivation. It is finally warming up here in North Carolina, time to hit the workouts hard.

A little bit of calisthenics for the new year to help keep you motivated… I know I am not feeling this cold weather, but it will be worth it to keep things moving for when the warm weather makes it here.
Decent set of indoor workouts with some homemade setsups… 55 seconds with the wild out pushup… And some hard bag punches without gloves.
Best of the year, Calisthenics. Or better yet, best of the playground body weight workouts.
Core, core, core… Flagpole, handstand pushups, muscleups, pull ups, diamond pushups, etc… Just watch the vid to see what you could be doing…

I am not a big proponent of any specific diet plan or convention. Seems like vegan can compete though. Some of these moves are a bit intense, like the handstand pushups on the half yoga ball or the handstand on a dumbbell.
