    Real Hood Workout

    Bartendaz on Sub0.  This is one of the best workout videos, period.  The double pullups, the handstand pushups, the one arm pullups and everything in between.  This takes hood and prison workouts to the extreme next level.  There is not much else to say about this.  The video speaks for itself.  Get some.

    Here is a bit of CrossFit and 300 workout motivation.  Gotta love it.  When all else fails to motivate you can depend on the crossfit.  This has the kettle bell, the pullups, pushups, box jumps, etc…  One question, How do you feel when you finish your workout.
