Yeah, you got no excuses. Sure some people have legit excuses, but there are very few legit excuses… This dude is ripped for 18, 25, whatever age. 700 pushups a day, 10 sets of pullups 5 sets of dips, 5 days a week. No gym, no excuses.
Another Hood Workout, for that park motivation… all bodyweight workout here. If you can’t do a pullup today, start by doing some declines everyday and soon you will be doing a few at a time. Then you will be doing muscle ups soon after.
