I don’t know what you call half of this stuff, but it is hood workout. The vertical/horizontal pushup thing is sick… It starts around 1:51. Then for the kicker you get the flagpole on a fence and a tree. The whole video illustrates mad upper body strength and core for days.

This is probably the best Hood Workout video I have come across. This the park workout that anyone can do in almost any park. The pushups, dips, and bar work is disgusting. Definitely motivational and time to step your game up.

Stamina part II

“Hood Star” Stamina doing the hood workout on the playground making it look too easy for fools. Considering most people can’t do a pullup these muscle ups are mad tight. This video also includes a few pushup variations. My shoulders hurt just watching it.
