300 Burpees

Just to keep the love going.  300 is beyond reality for me, but why not get motivation from it.  Here is a video trimmed up of 300 burpees. 

I got 30 burpees in yesterday along with some pushups on 15# weights, with picking up the wieghts between pushups…  Gotta get the numbers up today.

So I went and did a few burpees, then watched this.  I feel good, but this has me motivated to step my game and count up.  It is like running a mile, then watching a triathlon…  Go ahead and do some burpees with me…  For every comment I will knock out ten more…
