Hobie’s Burpees

One the reasons I really like Spartan Races is the body weight workout you get. The fact that burpees are the penalty for not completing an obstacle is what I like. If you do not complete an obstacle you get penalized with 30 burpees and courses have between 15-30 obstacles.
