Ninja Pushups

Or better yet, just a wide range of pushups, from one handed, finger tips, handstand, etc… This is where I say you have no excuses. You could attempt all of these right now and be good at them all in a month if you keep it up.

Bar-barians Requirements

“The Bar-barians issued a challenge, to become a member.
-40 dips
-20 pull-ups
-50 push-ups
-5 muscle-ups
All done in 10 minutes, in any order but the muscle-ups must be done LAST.
Also all reps should be full range of motion and each exercise must be completed in a single set.”
