6 Minute Kettlebell Workout

So I have gotten into the kettlebells a bit. I enjoy the ability to do a 30 second to 6 minute workout throughout the day. These get the metabolism going and help me with feeling rough throught the day. I personally got 15, 25 and 35 pound bells. I do various exercises with each size and should probably be using dumbells for some of the workouts I do, but the kettlebell just feels better.

Anyhow, this is a crossfit video that is a nice workout. I have seen it other places called the omlet. It is 6 minutes of funk. Give this a try for size. New years is coming up so get ready to make the excuses, set some goals and have a variety of workouts lined up…
