Make sure you stay in shape over the holidays. Try this workout on for size. Don’t slip. This workout is setup like the 12 days of Christmas. You work backwards as the song does doing the following

1. HandStand Pushup
2. Pistols
3. Ring Dips
4. Lunges
5. Medicine Ball cleans 20#’s
6. 20 inch box jumps
7. knee to elbows
8. Burpee Pullups
9. Wall Ball 20#’s
10. Sumo Deadlift high pull
11. Thruster 75#’s
12. Dumbell Snatch
