This video shows a wide variety of workouts, mostly hood variations. From bars to weighted vest, it is a great video compilation. You have the pullups with over the bar rotations. Handstand pushups with a 45 pound vest. Slow handstand pushups. Handstand pushups with a nose drag at the bottom left to right to center. A sick pushup workout with roaming hands.

I am always impressed with the standing situps… Go ahead and add a twist if you need to. Or if you prefer get your ab workout on the bar. The bar is a sick workout tool, you can get a full body workout on the bar, from biceps, triceps, chest, abs, back, shoulders, leg lifts with weights, etc… There is also a horizontal pullup shown here that is sick. It is a flagpole that you see done, but with the pullup added.
