Playground Workout

This video give motivation and a few ideas I hadn’t thought about before. Situps on the slide (sliding board) looks like a great idea. Dips with loose bricks. Upside down pullups on the dip bar. There a mad workout ideas in this video.

    I like the upside down pullups. I do that on my Olympic Rings.
