Home Workout Motivation

I caught this video the other day that basically shows how you can workout from home. This is the basics of avoiding the gym. It shows that there are no excuses for not working out… Just pick up a jump rope, do some basic movements and get in shape. There are weighted pullups, an ab-wheel, and other things that anyone can do right now. Not to mention you can do this while working out to the music of this vid.
