Playground Workout

This video give motivation and a few ideas I hadn’t thought about before. Situps on the slide (sliding board) looks like a great idea. Dips with loose bricks. Upside down pullups on the dip bar. There a mad workout ideas in this video.

This is a nice little routine on the bar. Odd seeing so much bar work done in the gym, but I guess it fits in. This takes lots of strength and is definitely motivational.
