Eva T completing a beast of a workout. 2 muscle ups, 4 handstand pushups, 8 2 hand kettlebell swings. This is not done for time. This is done for the amout of reps in 20 minutes. This workout is good because you are on it for 20 minutes. You are also workout out the entire body. You are not isolating the legs but trust me the whole body will hurt after this.
While Eva is an olympic medalist, anyone can do this workout. Let me rephrase that, everone has access to the workout. If you do not have olympic rings you can use a pullup bar. The workout is intended to measure success. It can also be used to build a person up. People generally get fit by sweating and putting in work, this video is that, period.
