Minimizing Weakness

This is another crossfit workout that can be done by anyone (theoretically) at nearly any park in the world.  This is a great workout as it workouts all aspects of the body while not forgetting about endurance.  You get your legs worked out in the squats and the sled run.  You get your core and upper body worked out in the muscleups.  You also have the dumbbell swings and pushups (on rings) that get the burn in the upper body.  This is a great workout that will get you in shape.
