Kettle Bell Workout Manmaker Style

This exercise includes many of the classics.  It is a variation of the manmaker with a twist added with the use of kettle bells.  Kettle bells have become more popular as of late.  This workout is challenging with or without the bells.  If you want to do it with just your body weight you can, just do a squat instead of the shoulder lifts, and explode up.  These will leave you wanting more…
