Full Body Pushups

There is more than burpees to get a full body work out going.  Here is an advanced pushup workout that works the lower body as well.  Try these and let me know what you think.  I will give it a go as well.  I generally do pushups on one foot, but I don’t generally bring the other leg out.  It looks like it will work the stability muscles as well as the upper body.
