Here is a variety of pushups for you.  One handed, pushups with rows, kettlebell pushups, reverse kettlebell pushups, fist pushups, fingertip pushups, etc…  No excuses. I was able to knock out 130 pushups yesterday, 3 sets of 20 with 20#’s, ten on the knuckles and 2 sets of 30…  It feels good.

CrossFit and 300

Here is a bit of CrossFit and 300 workout motivation.  Gotta love it.  When all else fails to motivate you can depend on the crossfit.  This has the kettle bell, the pullups, pushups, box jumps, etc…  One question, How do you feel when you finish your workout.
