Enhanced Burpees

This video shows a variation of burpees that allows you to workout with weights.  This works on your stability, strength and is a bit aerobic at the same time.  Workouts like this do not take hours or really require a gym.  You can knock these out at home or almost anywhere and get a full body workout.  I always try to do burpees when I am on the road.  Adding the weights to the workout only adds to the intensity and value you get from your time.
