Minimal equipment, H for hardcore.  Ross is pretty sick with the workouts he does.  The first video I saw with him, was a triple clap pushup (I might blog about soon).  This video has him rope climbing with a vest, and basically just killing every form of exercise we try to perfect.  He adds three or four levels of difficulty to each one.  The keg workout looks like fun.

I am up to around 35 pushups each set.  I am enjoying it and moving forward slowly.  I started doing around 15 at a time and just keep moving it up…
