I took it light yesterday to recover from Sunday.  I did two sets Sunday of 30 pushups with 20#’s.  I need to keep pushing it and going forward.  Let me rephrase that, I didn’t do pushups yesterday, I did some curls and shoulder presses and my shoulders were feeling it, so I will have to get back into the pushups today.
