Decent Workout

Workouts like this are fun.  They measure where you are in your fitness and training.  They also make you sweat, which is something good that lets you know you are working out…

Personally, I am slowly creeping up with the pushups and it feels good to do 30 with 20#’s on the back.  I am able to do 200+ pushups a day without feeling it too much the next day.  It is an improvement and I really feel that I can improve on that without a problem.  I just have to get the timing right and do it.
