Burpee Back Flips

The squat/jump just is not enough.  You need to busting the back flip on the up on your burpees.  Here is the motivation.

 

I am in a hotel this week and burpees are the only thing keeping me sane.  Pushups are not giving enough.  I am having to get the whole body moving and I am feeling it.  These burpees work well anywhere.  I did not bring any dumbells or free weights, but I did bring the bodyweight.
