GymJones workout

Enough said.  GymJones always pushes the limits.  Remember that a good way to know if you workout is working, sweat.

Got 100 in today. A variation with knuckles… Nothing great though, but still going.

    This is interesting…I’d like to know what you would advise in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months and finally have six pack abs. But there are so many different “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding solid muscle?
