Pushups
Here is a variety of pushups for you. One handed, pushups with rows, kettlebell pushups, reverse kettlebell pushups, fist pushups, fingertip pushups, etc… No excuses.
I was able to knock out 130 pushups yesterday, 3 sets of 20 with 20#’s, ten on the knuckles and 2 sets of 30… It feels good.
