    Here we go with a bit more on the 300 workout.  This is the gym jones workout we have all read about.  Get some motivation and do some working out.

    I have been slack a bit today.  I got in 2 sets of 20 pushups with #20.  I also knocked out 30 more.  But it was a weak day.  These videos help a bit.
