Little more 300 action

So here is a little bit more of the 300 style workout.  These actually are not workouts, but rather measurements of fitness.  Either way good motivation.

 I have really enjoyed doing this site.  I am going to make some changes to it soon though.  I will add twitter and a new theme to make it more like I want it…  And I apologize for the delay in post.  The new theme should help compensate.  The twitter will post my workout and food.  This will help me track my diet and workout and help me get feedback from others.
