Some days I am very motivated by the videos I post. Then there are days where I am just intimidated and left feeling depressed. I have not mastered burpees. There are probably a variety of reasons. I can not do 30 straight (or better said, I haven’t tried and probably haven’t pushed myself enough). Either way here are some crazy variations to the already difficult workout. I wouldn’t stop the video, rather just fast-forward if you don’t like something.
I am up to 90 pushups today. They are serving the purpose of relieving stress for me today. And it is working.
