Hand Stand Pushups

This is a motivational video for me.  I am going to start working towards repping this.  Seems this check has it down.  Definitely motivational.  All I need to do is figure out how I am going to get on the wall without breaking my neck or putting a hole in the wall.

I was able to knock out 210 pushups on Friday.  It felt really good.  That is the first time I had crossed that boundary.  And the crazy thing is, I feel like I should be doing it daily now.  I did 7 sets of 30, which is not bad.  As for today I am up to 40 pushups, 2 sets of 20 with 20 pounds added.
