300 training

Gotta love 300 and crossfit has always been a motivation for me.  So, that being said here is a clip from the 300 training at crossfit.

I have been slacking a bit.  I did knock 150 pushups yesterday and it felt damn good.  I had a bit of sashimi today that was great.  I wish I could eat it every day.  Not a lot of people like it though, and I am not big on eating alone.
