Tire workout

This video motivated me a bit because of the creativity that it presented.  Kinda a ghetto video.  Once it gets started it is short, but a good watch. 

I have been able to get a little bit of working out in.  I have been working 10-15 hours 7 days a week for the last two weeks though and it has been rough to fit things in.  I did get in 2 sets of 10 curls to shoulder presses at 35#’s and 30 pushups this am.  I need to double and triple what I am doing…
