Motivation
So I got some comments from Ruben yesterday related to this post. So I went back and found a video from the same youtube user bboyhex726. This is pretty straight forward, handstand pushups into pushups, into some pullups. You really have no excuses not to do this. No special equipment needed. Here is your motivation for the day.
For me,
- 8:30 - 255.8 (not going in the right direction)
- 9:00 - 3 cups of coffee and 30 pushups
- 11:00 - 30 more pushups
- 12:30 - burger and baked potato
- 7:30 - oysters, shrimp, scallops, mahi mahi, way too much food, not enough exercise
I am posting these things and quickly realizing why I am not losing weight. But I am being honest and trying to keep the site up to date…
