Parkour Jump
I am not personally good with heights. Either way this is a very motivational Jump
- 8:00 - 254.8 (will be trying to get under 250 asap), biscuits are not helping…
- 8:30 - SEC biscuit and 3 cups of coffee
- 9:00 - 30 pushups
- 12:00 - Chicken with Garlic Sauce
- 5:30 - Salmon, ceaser salad, and rice
Not sure why, but I thought the diet was decent, though I didn’t feel that good after the day. I think I needed more exercise, but I didn’t have the time. Working 15 hours a day makes working out a bit harder.
