Parkour Jump

I am not personally good with heights.  Either way this is a very motivational Jump

I just got back in from the vacation and will continue logging in the am.  I was able to get a bit of exercise in this weekend, which I am glad I did.  The four hour drives are brutal.  So for Tuesday,

  • 8:00 – 254.8 (will be trying to get under 250 asap), biscuits are not helping…
  • 8:30 – SEC biscuit and 3 cups of coffee
  • 9:00 – 30 pushups
  • 12:00 – Chicken with Garlic Sauce
  • 5:30 – Salmon, ceaser salad, and rice

Not sure why, but I thought the diet was decent, though I didn’t feel that good after the day.  I think I needed more exercise, but I didn’t have the time.  Working 15 hours a day makes working out a bit harder.
