TraceurZeno take two upper body

I am going to bang this into my head and hopefully everyone elses, bodyweigh exercises can do a body good.  I am not mad at gyms or anything of that nature.  I am mad at people making excuses, so peep this video. 

  •  9:30 – 256.6Started out good today with 10 burpees and 10 curls at 35 #’s to wake up.
  • 11:30 – Fish sandwhich and cheeseburger with tea
  • 7:00 – Chicken with garlic sauce

I am realizing how little I actually do workout and how bad my diet is, since I am writing it all down.  Hopefully it will improve as the days go on (and will be noted in the weight). 

 No post on Saturday as I will be traveling all day.  Might be an update here though.  Lots of junk food and no exercise, no good…
