This is a great video with decent music.  This shows many variations of pullups.  What is unique is that he is not at a gym…  Just walk out of your house, and find what you can to do your work out on.  There are so man variations, I will shutup and let you get to the video.

  • Weight 256.8 

  • 8:30 – Coffee 4 cups. 

  • 8:30 – 2 sets of 10 curls into shoulder presses at 35 pounds

  • 9:15 – 30 pushups

  • 12:00 3 slices of pizza and salad

  • 7:30 salmon with baked potato, and greens – wine and beer
