Germain Robinson

Here is some more Germain Robinson, who was featured in yesterdays video.  Many of the video clips are repeated but the front flips and other additions make this worth while.  Check it out below.

I started off bad today and kept the bad going…

  • 8:30 – Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit, 4 cups of coffee (late night)
  • 12:00 – Pulled pork with New England Clam Chowder
  • 1:30 – 30 pushups (late start and I can feel it)
  • 3:00 – 30 pushups
  • 5:00 – 30 pushups
  • 7:00 – Burger and Fries, today was not a good day for the diet and overall health

    in this video at 1:15 you do some variation on a push-up where your hands are reverse at about your hips. it looks AWESOME. WHAT’S THAT CALLED? and what muscle groups are being targeted?
