Daily Update One

This is a unique video of some handstand pushups (into pikes?) and one handed pullups.  This is a good shape to be in.  Below is the video.

I would like to start today buy introducing a new feature to the blog.  The feature will evolve over time as you and I see fit, so let me get as much feedback as possible.  What I would like to do is post my morning weight each day, diet and exercise routine, throughout the day.  So basically I will be updating this post as the day goes on.  My goals are to lose weight and become more atheletic. 

  • 7:30 – weighin 254.8 (my scale is digital and will only read positive tenths).   
  • 8:30 – 30 pushups and two Nature Valley Oat’s and Honey bars (1 pack) with two cups of iced coffee.
  • 9:00 – Ran stairs (3 times up 2 flights 48 steps)
  • 9:30 – 30 pushups
  • 1:00 –  Subway tuna with drink and chips
  • 5:30 – 30 pushups
  • 6:30 – 20 curls @15 #
  • 7:30 – 2 egg fajita and bowl of cereal
