Ninja Man
This is another in the series of motivational videos. This is somewhat street parkour, but not exactly. I will get back into some workouts on the next post. Until then start working towards these joints. Get some.
Btw, if you are reading this, I did not forget about you. I am going to pump out ten normal Burpees right quick. Do the same if you do not mind. Will post a challenge each day. Post if you do these. If I can get some people doing them with me I will start posting more challenging blog exercises for the day.
