Urban Ninjas

I am always impressed with parkour videos.  This one is titled Urban Ninjas.  They even give diet and nutrition advice at the end of the video.  I am not sure I will ever be able to do half of what is in the video, but the motivation I get from the videos is huge.  So get motivated and get some. 

 I might start doing a crossfit type of exercise each day.  That is whenever you come to the blog I will request you give back to yourself by doing a particular set of exercises, nothing big, but maybe 10 burpees, 20 pushups or something that that extent.
