Man Makers

This is the exercise.  This is an extreme burpee/pushup/squat/ass kicker/shoulder press/tricep burner/everything.  These are Man Makers.  I first found out about this exercise from Gym Jones while looking up info on the 300 workout.  You can check out ya boy from 300 doing this in still photos here.  I encourage trying a few of these with 15# weights to work on form.  Start out doing 10, if you can.  Do these first for time, then increase the weight and try to keep doing them for time.  Once you can do 35# workouts in a good time, increase the number of reps in your set. 

 This is a variation that is a bit different than what I usually do.  But this will give you a heads up on what can make you a man.
