Big G from RR on some Pushups

Nothing too complicated.  Just some good ol’ pushups.  I am up to 30 without a problem now.  I am doing four sets a day.  Just to keep things “not boring” I am incorporating various pushups from videos like this.  This video shows the triangle, fist, and wide pushups along with the one arm and normal.  I am not dropping weight so I will either increase cardio or drop some calories from the diet.  I need to post a schedule here to show where I need to be each week to meet my goals.
