Bodyweight Workout

This is a good video on how you can combine different exercises and get a complete body workout by using just your own bodyweight.  You can check out the intro given or skip to about a minute into the video to see the first pushup.  Why not go ahead and give these a try.  If they are too advanced trying breaking down the drill into parts and doing what you can individually until you can master the entire workout.

    I joined a gym, actually a couple, over the years. I find that if I have to drive some where to get to the gym I can easily talk myself out of it. I used to be so self motivated, Im not sure what’s different. So now I prefer to do workouts at home! This has been extremely helpful in keeping ideas and routines interesting, great blog, Cheers!!!
