So I am personally going to be dropping a few pounds here coming up.  I weigh 260 as of today.  I am going to get down to 230 in three months.  I will be following many of the paths shown here with the hood workout.  I will be able making updates periodically about what it is I am doing and have done.  So basically drop 30 pounds in 3 months.
